Thomas
J. Lawrence, the Founder and Chairman TJL Inc. holds a BSEE degree in
Computer Sciences and Mathematics (1957) from the University of Michigan
and a Masters degree from Stanford University in Computer Sciences (1965).
His experience includes 12 years of progressive positions in the Design of
Computer Systems at Lockheed Missiles and Space (4yrs), Stanford
University (6yrs), and RCA Corp (2yrs).
Mr.
Lawrence relocated to Europe in 1968 and has held positions of:

Mr.
Lawrence founded all the above companies in Europe from their inception
and subsequently created his own firm TJL Inc specializing in the problems
and solutions for high technology companies entering into world-export
markets. Most recently TJL inc has been founded to provide "Strategic
Partnering" services for companies entering the Europe and/or the Far
East.
Mr.
Lawrence has been a prime contributor to 3 Successful IPO's for companies
he has worked for and served on the Board, Intel Corp, Apple Computer and
Valid Logic Corp (now Cadence). He resides currently in London, England
and Palo Alto, California.

Raffaele Ercole,
Vice President (Raffaele.Ercole@TJLInc.net)
Raffaele has been a
partner of TJL Inc. since 1986 and brings over 20 years experience
in Electronics, Cad/CAE industry, distribution, sales and marketing.
Raffaele started his
career as a member of R&D at Elsag/Bailey in Italy, where he developed
a multiprocessor for a real-time mail address recognition system. He later
worked for two years as a leader on a voice recognition system project. In
1980 Raffaele joined Calma Corp. in London as Application Engineer and later
worked as project manager, supporting design groups of
leading European companies involved in chip as well as system design.
Raffaele continued his
career in various technical and marketing roles with leading Silicon Valley
companies as Valid Logic, Silicon
Compilers and Logic Modeling, that became industry leaders in the CAE
industry. He was instrumental in the development and introduction of
innovative products and technologies such as physical modeling for logic
simulation, silicon compilation and synthesis. At Logic Modeling he
managed the European applications and achieved record sales in the first
two years of operation. He also spent two years in sales managing
distribution channels.
Raffaele
is a native of Italy and resides in London and Genoa, Italy. He graduated
with honors in Electronics and Electrical Engineering at the University of
Genoa. Raff is fluent in French and German and is advisor to several
high-tech start-ups.

Henri Aebischer, Vice President (Henri.Aebischer@TJLinc.net)
Henri
joined TJL Inc. in 1997 after having spent 15 years at Apple in several
top management positions in Europe and in California.
In the early 1980s he participated in the creation of Apple Europe
and launched the Lisa and the Macintosh in all European markets. Then he
became worldwide director of marketing for Apple’s networking products.
In 1990 he came back to Europe as general manager of the European R&D
Center, focusing on European telecom products.
He
started his career in 1971 with Honeywell Bull where he became
marketing manager for the Level 6 minicomputer product line. In 1977,
he joined Data General Europe to launch the NOVA 4 and all early
Eclipse systems, including the firm’s first 32-bit minicomputer (the
centerpiece of Tracy Kidder’s book “The Soul of a New Machine”).
Henri
specializes in helping high-technology companies to develop
differentiating marketing strategies and to implement high impact
market development programs. The industry sectors he covered in the
last five years include semiconductor technologies, telecommunications
and IT systems, application and system software as well as system
integration and web integration.
Henri
was born in Switzerland when the transistor was being invented and
earned and earned a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the
Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich the year the
Intel 4004 was launched. He resides in London and spends his time
between the UK, the US, France and Switzerland where he is a board
member of several hi-tech companies.

Peter
Rohr, Vice President (Peter.Rohr@TJLinc.net)
Peter
has over 30 years experience in hi-tech industries in electronic design
automation and in fields such as high-speed digital and GPS circuit
design, applications of DSP, microprocessors, analog circuits, silicon
compilation and VLSI chip DFT. As a Member of the Graduate Faculty of the
EE Department at LSU, he lectured on analog circuit design and
semiconductor physics. In industry he has had various positions in IBM,
Hughes, TRW, Teradyne, Analog Devices, Mentor Graphics, Silicon Compilers
in Europe and the US and was most recently VP of Business Development for
Sagantec and iRoC Technologies. As a Consultant he has conducted workshops
in VLSI DFT and DSM methodologies. He is the author of some technical
articles and the book “Hard IP, an Introduction to Increasing ROI for
VLSI Chip Designs”.
Peter
is a native of Switzerland and lives now in the Silicon Valley. He has a
B.S. degree from the Abendtechnikum Zurich in Telecom, a M.S. degree from
the University of Vermont and Ph.D. from the University of Florida in
Electronics and Electrical Engineering. Peter speaks French, German,
Italian and Russian. |

A. Richards, Vice President (Gordon.Richards@TJLinc.net)
Gordon
is one of the founders of TJL Inc, bringing Sales, Marketing and
Operational management skills from Texas Instruments and Intel to benefit
the TJL
client base.
Specializing
in the needs of the Semiconductor, Software and Communications markets,
Gordon has taken several client companies through the early years in
establishing a European operational and market presence. |

Richard
Perry, Vice President (Richard.Perry@TJLinc.net)
A
Senior Sales & Marketing Executive with many years Domestic &
International Business Development experience; Richard has been active
both in Europe and in Silicon Valley.
He
was most recently VP of Sales at IC Media Corporation (CMOS Image
Sensors), a Silicon Valley IC startup. Before that, at Lexmark
International Headquarters in Paris, He managed Product Marketing for the
Ink Jet Printer Division Headquarters in Paris, then directed OEM and
Alliance activities at corporate Headquarters in the US.
He
first moved to Europe in 1989 as Vice President for TJL Inc. Prior to
that, he served as Vice President of Marketing for FutureNet, an
innovative Electronic CAD products company. Other previous marketing
positions include senior management positions at LSI Logic, Apple Computer
and Zilog.
Richard
started his career in Silicon Valley as a design engineer on the Trident
Missile program, and as a system designer for Flight Simulation systems.
Richard is fluent in German and French, and resides in Cagnes, France and
San Jose. He received his BSEE from the University of Kentucky. |
